Immunoassay Testing
BV Technology™ has delivered superior assay performance for our customers. For example, Amgen researchers validated a sensitive ECL bridging assay that can measure antibody responses in the presence of a 64X molar excess of drug in serum. Similarly, Genentech scientists have developed a number of sensitive and matrix tolerant ECL assays that detect MAb drug product, antibody responses and neutralizing antibodies. Compared to ELISA, their ECL antibody assays measure anti-drug antibodies in the presence of up to 100X more MAb drug product.
